Who can work at MDM?
Since MDM is a legal company, MDM employs only US citizens, or people that have legal  work visas. MDM helps obtain these work visas through the US embassy in Israel. Therefore, anyone can work at MDM.  

If I have a tourist visa, can I work at MDM?
Absolutely not! A tourist visa does not give the right to work in the USA. There are many companies that tell their employees that they are allowed to work if they have a tourist visa (B1/B2). This is not legal. You can also verify this by calling the US embassy. Do I

need experience to succeed?
MDM has the best team of trainers in the USA with vast experience in training employees, and helping them come to their full potential. This will lead to success. How

long should I come for?
The average employment period is six months. Thanks to our team of expert trainers, it is possible to arrive at sales results within a short time; one week. That is why it is possible to come for a short period of time and earn a large sum of money. In sales, as long as you work harder, then more money is made. Therefor, the time that you should come for depends on how much money you want to earn. 

How much money can I save?
From Day one at MDM you can earn money. As long as you become more skilled, you will earn more money. After expenses have been deducted from your paycheck, it is possible to save a few thousand dollars a month. The average salary per worker is between 12,000 to 16,000 NIS per month, and for a seasoned employee, the average salary is between 20,000 to 25,000 NIS.

How long before I start to make money?
How much you earn in sales has to do with your level of knowledge and professionalism. Therefore, in the beginning, you need basic sales knowledge to earn money.
MDM gives you all the necessary tools from day one and throughout your employment. Even before the employee starts to work, the employee receives  Professional training, and in the first few days, the employee receives on the spot training. It's very easy to earn a good salary within the first few days of employment.

What is the best time to come?
Dead Sea Products are sold throughout the year, and MDM works every month of the year. Sales are high throughout the year, and we have a high rate of returning customers that come back again and again. Therefor, by working at MDM, you can earn a high salary throughout the year. 

What do I need to bring with me?
MDM gives it's employees everything that they need. The apartments are high quality, and fully furnished. All you need to bring with you are personal items. The dress code for work is not casual, therefor, jeans, sneakers, and tank tops are not allowed. 

How much money do I need to bring with me?
At your first few days at MDM, you will start earning money, therefore there is no need to arrive in the USA with a large amount of money. Many of MDM's employees work after a long trip (or before), and don't arrive with large amounts of money. There is always an option for financial assistance, even before your employment.MDM will assist in opening a bank account, apply for a credit card, and anything that will be needed from your first day at work. 

What level of English do I need?
All of our products are sold by means of demonstration. Therefor, there is no need for a high level of English, but a basic knowledge of English is required. The place of work is in the USA, so your level of English improves without even feeling it. 

How is the salary calculated?
Salary is calculated by the daily sales of each worker.  The salary is built on a bonus point system. The more you sell, the more money you can make. Aside from that, bonuses are given to our top salespeople. 

How many days a week do I work?
The work week is five and a half days, which includes a day off, and Sunday is a short day, because the malls close early. 

Besides work?
Besides work, there is also a lot of fun at MDM. Restaurants, trips, and many other adventures. At MDM, we celebrate all of the holidays together, cook Shabat dinners together, among other fun activities. We believe that a happy worker also needs to have a good social environment. When you are happy at home, you are happy at work, and vice versa.
