Working Legally in the US

Today, the USA has become less and less tolerant towards illegal workers after 9/11. Working for a company that employs illegal workers can cause a great amount of anxiety, constant fear of the authorities, and is also very dangerous. This can lead to imprisonment, deportation, and even confiscation of your hard-earned money by the authorities.

At MDM, all of our workers are US Citizens, Green Card Holders, or have working visas that we help obtain by the US Immigration department, and the US Embassy in Israel. Working at MDM gives you rights and benefits that you receive only by being legal, and of course peace of mind that money can't buy.

MDM gives all of it's workers working visas to work legally in the USA.

MDM gives it's employees Social Security Numbers that enable them to work and live legally in the US. With this number, you can open a bank account, obtain a credit card, get a driver's license, etc.

MDM insures it's employees with all the necessary insurance:

• Insurance at the workplace- Workers Comp. Insurance up to $1,000,000 – For any damage that is made at the workplace. (Medical expenses, sick leave, compensation).

• All of our points of sale are insured.

• Insurance on the way and back from the workplace.

• All of our vehicles and apartments are fully insured.

MDM pays Social Security and taxes, and all this is done through your paycheck in order for you to use your rights.

MDM gives US citizens and Green Card Holders the option to exercise their rights as citizens of the country (pension, Social Security, and Medicare).
